I just had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were well-furnished and designed with business travelers in mind, although I wish there were bathrobes available. The staff were amazing, always smart, helpful, and kind. The location was right in the heart of Birmingham, surrounded by great shops and restaurants. The dining experience at The Rugby Grille was simply awesome.

The service from the staff was exceptional, they went out of their way to assist me throughout my entire stay.
